Provena Trust · the factory-health dashboard

See your factory — and see it in its network.

From one mill, to the whole group, to an industry association — through one interface. A single product whose view is set by who's looking, not by which app they opened. And it aggregates only signed roll-ups — never a factory's raw data.

The scope model

Two altitudes, one continuous zoom — not three apps to maintain

One dashboard serves a single factory, a multi-factory group, and an industry association — the difference is simply what each viewer is allowed to see. You get the same tool whether you run one mill or oversee a hundred.

Portfolio altitude

The whole group, rolled up to one number

A viewer above a set of mills lands here — rows are factories, each clickable. Carries the roll-up health, the portfolio-wide risk total, the Group-CFO financial lens, and the data-decided lead widget. The aggregate is the weighted composite of the mills, so it never contradicts the drill-in.

Factory altitude

One mill's internal health

Drill into a row — or land directly, as a single factory — and see the four pillars, the health ring and trend, the buyer-relationship and risk panels, and a network-position tile that pulls the viewer back toward the cohort.

One artifact serves all

Three buyers, the same two screens

The same product, scoped to what each is allowed to see.

Single-factory operator
Factory altitude · a portfolio of one
Their own health, buyers, audits, traceability, operations — no aggregate above.
Multi-factory owner
Portfolio altitude · drilling in
Group roll-up plus per-mill rows; drill into any mill's factory altitude.
Industry association
Portfolio altitude · relabelled
The member cohort — the same portfolio view, framed as membership rather than ownership, in Bangla or English.

The health composite

Four pillars into one score — each clickable to its source

Every factory's health is a composite of four pillars, weighted equally by default (compliance can dominate for buyers who weight it that way). The portfolio score is the weighted composite of member scores — so the number on top always reconciles with what you see on drilling in.

Traceability
Khotian + Utsho

Tier-2/3 completeness — cotton → spinning → fabric → cut-sew, percent verified per tier, gaps flagged.

Compliance
Shetu

Audit-framework status and expiry, and the "enter once, satisfy many" pre-fill coverage.

Sustainability
Proman / Shetu

Evidence-grade environmental and social metrics, drawn from passport and audit data.

Operations
Khotian roll-up

Active orders, on-time percent, capacity utilisation — ERP-fed when connected.

What it surfaces

The insight that only appears at altitude

Drishti owns no operational records and signs no new facts. Its value is the altitude shift — and the network-effect risk that becomes visible only when you can see a cohort at once.

LEAD WIDGET

The view leads with what your data makes urgent

Drishti surfaces the risks you can only see from above — like a single upstream supplier that quietly feeds much of your group, so one problem there exposes far more than it first appears. What leads the view adapts to what your data actually shows.

BUYER RISK

Which customer relationship is exposed

One card per buyer: order value at risk, compliance status with that buyer, open asks. A ranked risk register puts a dollar or relationship consequence on each exposure — UFLPA on cotton origin, audit expiries, missing documents.

COMPLIANCE

The audit calendar and questionnaire inbox

Higg, BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, ZDHC — status, expiry, next due, and percent pre-filled via Shetu. Plus the buyer-questionnaire inbox: incoming asks with their pre-fill percentage and deadline.

NETWORK RANK

You, in the cohort

"You rank Nth of M on compliance" — the bridge tile that pulls a single factory up into the portfolio story, and gives a group or association a like-for-like ranking across mills.

Trust preserved through aggregation

Only signed aggregates cross. Raw data stays home.

A dashboard is only as trustworthy as its inputs. Drishti's integrity rests on one rule, and it's the same discipline each factory enforces from its own side.

SIGNED ROLL-UPS

Verification carries up

Each factory instance emits a signed aggregate roll-up; Drishti verifies it against the issuer key, so the cohort number inherits the same verifiability as the underlying ledger. A dashboard figure re-checks to the signed source it came from.

THE BOUNDARY

An association sees health without a mill exposing its books

A factory's raw transactional records — orders, production, inventory, finance — never leave its instance. Only the signed aggregate does. That's what lets a group or association see cohort health without any member opening its books.

ON-RAMP

Not yet on the ERP? Still in the picture

A factory not yet running the Khotian ERP isn't excluded — a standard workbook imported via Sutra maps into the same member-row contract a live roll-up produces. Import is the on-ramp; live signed roll-ups are the destination, and the two are clearly distinguished.

HONEST SURFACE

Roadmap connectors are never shown as live

Operations widgets are real but labelled "ERP-fed when connected"; generic-ERP, accounting, MES, and buyer-portal connectors are marked forthcoming, never presented as already wired. The dashboard doesn't imply data it isn't yet receiving.

Pricing

Tiered by span — one product, sold to every viewer

The same dashboard is sold to a single factory, a group owner, and an association, distinguished by permission scope rather than separate builds.

Where the platform's verifiable facts are seen

Where the rest of the family produces verifiable facts — the ERP signs its ledger, Proman issues passports, Shetu pre-fills audits — Drishti is where those facts are aggregated, ranked, and put in network context, without ever pulling raw data out of a mill.
