Provena Trust · the garment & textile ERP
Every record verifiable. Every operational claim checkable offline. The origin of every product traceable to its source — through evidence signed independently by the parties upstream. Not a legacy ERP with a compliance feature bolted on.
The difference
A garment factory's compliance burden is rising on two fronts at once — while buyers increasingly distrust self-reported supplier data. Khotian makes verifiability native to the system that runs the business, not a separate reporting exercise.
Once an event is recorded, it can't be back-dated, altered, or dropped without the tampering showing. And the numbers are forced to reconcile — you can't ship more than you made, and estimates stay marked as estimates.
Integrity alone isn't truth — a single party could record a tidy chain of events that never happened. Khotian closes that gap: your upstream suppliers vouch for their own portion of the chain independently, and those claims are checked against known, registered issuers. That independent check is what makes the origin real rather than self-certified.
What makes it a system of proof
Khotian is specified for depth on the things a legacy garment ERP cannot do — not feature-parity with the things it already does. Five capabilities carry that depth.
Operational data and verifiable evidence are the same records, so a passport, an audit attestation, or a customs dossier falls out of the same history that runs production. It re-checks offline: is it intact, and do the numbers add up?
Upstream suppliers vouch for their own cotton → yarn → fabric steps independently; the factory's system never has to hold their credentials or vouch for a claim it can't check. A claim from an unregistered supplier, or one altered after the fact, simply fails to check — and that failure is the point.
Per carton, Khotian assembles the internal genealogy plus independently-verified upstream origin into one package. The printable CBP document and the underlying record can't disagree. It makes a conservative ready / not-ready call and an explicit gap list. It never asserts a CBP outcome — clearance is a determination only CBP makes.
One deployment per factory, on-prem or a dedicated isolated cloud instance. A factory's data never leaves its instance and is never mixed with another's. Only verified summaries ever leave — never raw data.
A phone-first co-pilot that answers operational questions — today's production, orders at delivery risk, materials on hand, compliance readiness — with answers that trace back to the ledger. It doesn't ask the owner to trust the model, and it never turns an estimate into an actual.
Genealogy · one tap from carton to fibre
The upstream steps — cotton, yarn, fabric — are the ones UFLPA actually turns on.
The system a factory runs on
Every module writes to the same signed ledger, so operational actions are themselves traceable. The spine is scoped to what a factory genuinely runs on — not every screen of a legacy ERP.
Styles, buyer orders with size-broken lines, shipments; delivery-risk from ship-date versus shipped quantity.
The genealogy — roll → lay → cut → sew → finish → carton — as per-unit events, with QC and a live board.
Purchase orders to suppliers, tied to inbound fabric and trims — and to Utsho upstream attestations.
Stock and consumption tied directly to the genealogy, so material movement is reconciled, not asserted.
The operational slice — order value, realisation, costing, exposure — with three-way match against received goods.
Signed W3C Digital Product Passports, GS1 Digital Link, genealogy-backed and revocable.
Audit-framework mapping — enter once, satisfy many across Higg, BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, ZDHC.
Multi-supplier upstream provenance — the independently-signed cotton/yarn/fabric chain.
The signed CEO co-pilot — operational answers whose every figure traces to the ledger.
Plus extended operational modules — Planning, Industrial Engineering, Commercial (export & LC documentation), HRM, Maintenance, and configurable approvals — added to real factory need.
Pricing
Khotian is deployed with a structured engagement, validated deliverable by deliverable — not self-serve. Pricing is scoped to each factory.
Annual subscription per factory, plus a one-time implementation covering single-tenant deployment and data migration.
Compliance modules (Proman, Shetu, Utsho) and upstream-origin / UFLPA dossier capability are licensed alongside Khotian or available standalone.
Part of the Provena Trust platform
Khotian is the factory's operational core. It shares the same verifiable-record spine as the rest of the platform — so passports, audits, dashboards, and buyer exchange all speak the same verifiable language.
